CRNA needed for Locums in Florida

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near East Naples, FL. FL license preferred.

• Shifts: 3 12s or 4 10s. Nonconsecutive only. MUST be open to taking call. Need full time availability.
\n
• Call: Required: 7p-7a weeknights and 24 hour weekends 7a-7a (every 5th weekend). Either Saturday 7a - Sunday 7a OR. Sunday 7a - Monday 7a. 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month max, may be less. Post call off. Provider won't necessarily be scheduled call but it has to be an option.

• EMR System: Epic.
\n
• Types of cases: No cardiac, no OB, no PEDS. Heavy ortho/general/vascular/neuro.
\n
• Generally, medical supervision. Medical supervision with occasional medical direction. 1:3 or 1:4.
\n
• Wll cross credential at 3 sites.
\n
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days.
\n
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
\n
