In this Role:

As a Critical Care/Intensivist Physician, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

\n
• \n

  Provide comprehensive critical care management for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management.

\n
• \n

  Perform detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations to develop and implement individualized care plans.

\n
• \n

  Manage patients with complex, life-threatening conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, multi-organ dysfunction, and other critical illnesses.

\n
• \n

  Perform and oversee ICU procedures, including central line placement, arterial line placement, intubation, bronchoscopy, and other critical care interventions as appropriate.

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.

\n
• \n

  Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, monitoring technologies, and evidence-based treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

\n
• \n

  Provide consultation and support to hospital teams regarding critically ill patients and complex medical conditions.
