Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Branch Administrative Assistant II to support the daily administrative operations of our branch office. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while coordinating a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting branch leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to branch leadership and team members.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support branch operations and reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Manage incoming information requests and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Perform clerical duties including copying, filing, scanning, faxing, and document management.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data within company systems and databases.
  • Assist with branch operational projects and special assignments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer information.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to overall branch efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or related role.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
  • Ability to type 60–70 words per minute.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in mortgage lending, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with mortgage documentation and branch operations.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional office environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Moses Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
