Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting Wage: $42.50 per hour
  • Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Available for full-time employees
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
  • Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and organizational standards.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possession of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to maintain current certification throughout employment.
