Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) within our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home.’
Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) + $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential
As an RN, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents, while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily activities may include:
- Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, enhancing the daily life experience of our residents.
- Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
- Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in nursing within senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings.
