Project Manager - Construction Subcontractor
\nWilliamsburg – Full-Time / In-Office
\n$80,000–$140,000 DOE

Established company serving commercial, and institutional projects is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager / Order Coordinator to oversee the administrative and operational flow of projects from intake through final delivery and invoicing.
\nThis role is heavily detail-driven and requires someone extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable managing large amounts of project information, measurements, paperwork, and vendor coordination across multiple active jobs simultaneously.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage projects from estimating and intake through delivery and closeout \n
- Gather and organize project information, specifications, measurements, and documentation \n
- Support estimating, pricing, exclusions, and proposal preparation \n
- Prepare estimates, contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices \n
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, acknowledgments, lead times, and deliveries \n
- Track project paperwork, approvals, submittals, RFIs, and change orders \n
- Coordinate receiving, deliveries, packing slips, and related logistics \n
- Follow up on accounts receivable and collections as needed \n
- Keep projects moving by tracking open items, following up consistently, and ensuring all details are accurately documented \n
- Enter highly detailed door specifications, measurements, hardware information, and codes into internal systems with a high level of accuracy \n
- Review and verify manufacturer acknowledgments and confirmation forms against original orders to ensure all specifications, dimensions, quantities, and project details are correct \n
- Catch discrepancies, missing details, and ordering mistakes before production and delivery \n

- Strong with numbers, measurements, paperwork, and administrative coordination \n
- Able to manage many moving pieces across multiple projects simultaneously \n
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment \n
- Prior experience in project coordination, order management, construction administration, doors/hardware, millwork, building materials, or related industry preferred \n
- Must be comfortable working full-time onsite in Williamsburg \n
