The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience in upselling products or services. This will be a 1st Shift position and a Direct Hire opportunity. Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Shift: 1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm, Friday is 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay: $45-55k/yr.

Location: can be in Grand Prairie or Fort Worth, TX location

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNTIY

• 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Rep. in the security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, or door operator industry.

• This individual could have done outside sales of security systems and looking to get into the office.
\n
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
\n
• Upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
\n
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
\n
• Familiarity with an ERP system, computer literate, and MS office products.
\n
• Bilingual is a plus, not a must.
