As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will develop and grow a high-quality wealth management practice by managing and deepening relationships with an established book of high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored wealth management strategies while always acting as a fiduciary in their best interests.
  • Serve as the primary financial advisor for clients, helping navigate complex financial situations and guiding them through all stages of wealth accumulation, preservation, and retirement planning.
  • Proactively expand your practice by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce additional wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive financial recommendations and anticipate evolving client needs.
  • Bring a thoughtful, entrepreneurial, and client-focused approach to practice growth while maintaining an exceptional standard of service.



Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 6-8+ years of experience managing a book of business and building long-term relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong expertise in investment management, retirement planning, and comprehensive financial planning.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a proven ability to earn client trust and serve as a fiduciary advisor.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 required.
  • Life & Health Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.


Preferred

  • Active Resident State Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Additional advanced financial designations, such as CFA or other relevant credentials, are a plus.
  • Proven success growing a wealth management practice through referrals, relationship expansion, and client retention.
