Key Responsibilities- Work 12 or 24-hour shifts with no on-call duties, providing full in-house coverage.
- Manage care for up to 10 patients per shift.
- Operate within a Level III NICU environment.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placements, umbilical line insertions, PICC line placements, and arterial sticks.
- Occasionally participate in flight transport, approximately 1-2 times per year.
- Explore temp-to-perm opportunities available.
