Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Our organization is excited to announce a full-time position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesiology team in Clinton, Iowa.

We are looking for CRNAs to deliver services through scheduled shifts or on-call coverage, with no night or weekend commitments. The services provided will encompass general anesthesia and cater to various surgical needs, including pediatric, cardiac, thoracic, obstetrical, intravenous sedation, intravenous regional, regional blocks, and conductive anesthesia for our patients, which include inpatients, surgical outpatients, and those in need of emergency care.

CRNAs at our facility also engage in pre-anesthesia evaluations, monitor patients post-surgery for any anesthesia-related complications, and respond swiftly to emergency situations. Our CRNAs collaborate closely with the OR leadership team, anesthesia providers, clinical staff, surgeons, perioperative teams, and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care while adhering to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. Additionally, our CRNAs oversee hospital-wide moderate sedation and participate in peer review processes.

Our facility is situated on the scenic bluffs of the Mississippi River and operates as a Catholic, not-for-profit community health system, serving the needs of residents in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
