• Practice Setting: Outpatient Cardiology

• Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level IV

• Dates of Coverage: Starting in October 2026
\n
• Schedule: 3-5 days a week
\n
• Call Schedule: None
\n
• Patient Age Demographic: (Neonate, Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric): Adult
\n
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 16
\n
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0
\n
• Total Number of Beds: 61
\n
• Number of ICU Beds: 0
\n
• Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Echocardiography
\n
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 currently but they are retiring in October. The site partners with a local hospital to assist with ECHO and EKG reads
\n
• No other Cardiologists will be present.
\n
• Supervision Required?: Yes, will collaborate with 2 APRNs
\n
• Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
\n
• Open to Candidates needing to obtain VT License.
\n
• Requirements: BC/BE Cardiology, CPR Certification, DEA (Must be obtained prior to start), ACLS & BLS (AHA)
\n
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months but can do it sooner if needed
\n
• $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
\n
