LHH is looking for an experienced recruiting professional for a long-term temporary Sourcing role. The primary focus of this position will be identifying and attracting top Business Analyst and Product Management talent for a high-profile organization. This is a one-year contract opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified Business Analyst and Product Management candidates for a variety of open positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines of passive and active candidates within targeted skill sets.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening conversations, and initial qualification assessments.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Utilize market intelligence and competitive research to identify sourcing opportunities and improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
  • Create engaging candidate outreach campaigns to increase response rates and candidate engagement.
  • Support high-volume and niche recruiting initiatives while consistently delivering quality talent.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience, with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing Business Analyst, Product Management, technology, or related professional talent.
  • Advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools, talent intelligence platforms, and modern sourcing technologies.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
