\nThe Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office within the business services sector. This position is responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support front office manager and front office team, including scheduling, clerical work, and reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as a reliable assistant to the front office manager, handling multi-line phone systems. By maintaining organized records and managing general clerical duties, the Administrative Assistant helps to optimize office productivity and supports the overall business objectives. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
\nMinimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. \n
- Proven experience in general administrative support or office management. \n
