- Maintain and grow assigned block of broker clients to maximize client satisfaction and strengthen personal and professional relationships. \n
- Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our broker partners and clients. \n
- Must understand products to ensure the correct setup in the Benefit Administration systems and be able to assist with answering product questions. \n
- Develop, maintain, and maximize relationships with our broker partners, their clients, and our carrier partners. \n
- Serve as a technical resource and guide on ancillary lines of coverage for brokers, clients, and sales reps. \n
- Onsite meetings with brokers, their clients, and our carrier partners. \n
- Coordinate and conduct weekly book of business calls for your assigned Sales Representative and team. \n
- Facilitate new and renewal process to ensure Benefit Administration systems are set up for open enrollment and timelines are communicated to our broker partners. \n
- Manage all carrier and platform transitions. \n
- Assist with setting up Call Center for new and renewal cases. \n
- Manage connections and integrations as needed for all TPA and Hybrid groups. \n
- Train new group administrators on chosen Benefit Administration system during the implementation or renewal process. \n
Requirements
\nRequired Skills/Abilities:

- At least one year of professional work experience preferred. \n
- Experience with Benefit Administration Systems preferred. \n
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Self-motivated and goal oriented. \n
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all methods of communication: in person, phone, and email. \n
- Must learn quickly. \n
- The candidate should have a sense of urgency and take pride in their work. \n
- Must be comfortable in a team environment. \n
- Must solve complex issues and articulate resolution to broker and client clearly and concisely. \n
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills. \n
- Highly proficient in the basics of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. \n
- Desire to continually learn new products, services, and processes. \n
Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \n
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. \n
