\nThe Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative, visually compelling assets that support company branding, marketing, product launches, retail initiatives, and digital presence. This position plays a key role in maintaining and evolving the brand by producing high-quality designs across print, digital, packaging, merchandising, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong technical design skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced consumer brand environment. Experience within the cannabis, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries is highly preferred.
\nResponsibilities:
\nBrand Development & Creative Design
\nDesign and develop creative assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives
\nMaintain brand consistency across all digital, print, retail, and promotional materials
\nTranslate marketing strategies into engaging visual concepts and campaigns
\nCollaborate with the Marketing team on creative direction for product launches and promotional initiatives
\nDigital Marketing & Social Media
\nDesign creative assets for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging digital platforms
\nCreate engaging graphics, advertisements, email marketing assets, website graphics, banners, and promotional materials
\nDesign social media templates, story graphics, thumbnails, and digital campaign assets
\nSupport content creators with branded graphics and visual enhancements
\nPrint Production / Packaging
\nDesign and prepare production-ready artwork for product packaging, labels, inserts, retail displays, signage, point-of-sale materials, trade show graphics, and printed marketing collateral
\nEnsure artwork meets printer specifications and production requirements
\nCoordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design accuracy and print quality
\nBrand Assets
\nDesign branded merchandise including apparel, accessories, promotional items, event materials, and retail marketing assets
\nAssist with seasonal campaigns, limited-edition product launches, and event branding
\nCreate mockups and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
\nCollaboration
\nWork closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Compliance, and Operations to develop creative solutions that support company initiatives
\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product launches
\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
\nManagement of Files & Production
\nOrganize and maintain digital asset libraries, design files, templates, and brand resources
\nPrepare editable production files for internal teams and external vendors
\nMaintain version control and ensure all creative assets are properly archived
\nQualifications:
\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
\n3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
\nStrong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, digital marketing, print production, and packaging design
\nExperience with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, cannabis, beverage, fashion, or CPG industries preferred
\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
\nExperience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is preferred
\nKnowledge of printing processes, packaging production, and digital asset preparation
\nStrong typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills
\nExcellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

\nThis position is primarily based in the company's office and requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves extended periods of computer work, occasional lifting of marketing materials up to 25 pounds, and periodic travel to retail locations, photoshoots, trade shows, company events, and industry activations as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment where flexibility, innovation, and attention to detail are essential.
