• Coverage Location: Will be cross-credentialed between 2 sites; 15min apart

• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call
\n
• Dates of Coverage: 1-2 weeks consisting of Monday through Friday and weekends
\n
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-4p
\n
• Call Schedule: weekend call: 2+ weekends a month
\n
• Call Ratio: weekend call: 2:4 does not have to be consecutive
\n
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 20
\n
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0
\n
• Trauma Level/Designation: 2
\n
• Total Number of Beds: Site 1-400; Site 2-200
\n
• Number of ICU Beds: 23
\n
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 24
\n
• No Supervision Required
\n
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
\n
• Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs),Treadmill Stress Tests, Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography
\n
• Documentation System/EMR: Oracle/Cerner
\n
• NJ License Required
\n
• Board Requirements: Board Certified
\n
• Certification Requirements: BLS & ACLS both AHA, Fellowship training
\n
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
\n
• $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
