\n As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, working on-site to manage the flow of products. This role involves receiving and verifying incoming goods, including parts and manufacturing supplies, as well as processing customer orders through approved logistics and shipping providers. Attention to detail and integrity are crucial, as maintaining an accurate inventory system is vital to our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively.\n

\n
\n Responsibilities:\n
\n
\n Pick, pack, ship, and invoice orders according to the printed shipping list or request.\n
\n
\n Receive parts and materials (both physically and in the system), verify against packing slips or material travelers, and deliver items to their correct inventory locations.\n
\n
\n Collaborate with Planners, Customer Service, and Buyers to resolve issues when needed.\n
\n
\n Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and proactively identify areas for process improvement within your scope.\n
\n
\n Adhere to all standard operating procedures, including JSAs\n
\n
\n Follow all Safety, Health, Environmental programs policies and procedures\n
\n
\n Perform cycle counts on parts and tools as required.\n
\n
\n Safely operate overhead cranes, jib hoists, forklifts, and other lifting equipment, with on-site training and certification provided prior to use.\n
\n
\n All other duties as assigned\n
\n
\n
\n Safety Sensitive Position: A position in which an employee performs duties that require a high degree of alertness, attention, accuracy, judgment, coordination, or safety awareness, and where impairment could reasonably result in serious injury, illness, death, property damage, or environmental harm. Examples may include operating motor vehicles, forklifts, cranes, heavy equipment, machinery, or performing work involving hazardous materials, energized equipment, confined spaces, or other high-risk activities\n

\n Knowledge/Education:\n
\n
\n High school diploma preferred\n
\n
\n Minimum 1 year experience with proper lifting techniques and lifting devices (chains, straps, slings), as well as equipment like electric pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, and overhead cranes, is preferred.\n
\n
\n
\n Skills and Abilities:\n
\n
\n Previous shipping and/or receiving experience is highly preferred.\n
\n
\n Familiarity with Infor M3 and third-party logistics software is a plus.\n
\n
\n Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs\n
\n
\n
\n Physical Requirements\n
\n
\n Continuous standing; repetitive motion of hand/wrist.\n
\n
\n Intermittent climbing of stepladders\n
\n
\n Occasional work from heights while using fall protection\n
\n
\n Ability to lift up to 33 pounds independently.\n
\n
\n Frequent bending; twisting; crouching; repetitive motion of elbow/shoulder; pushing/pulling.\n
\n
\n Intermittent walking\n
\n
\n
\n Work Environment\n
\n
\n Exposure to typical manufacturing areas and will require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and in some areas hearing protection may be required.\n
\n
\n The work environment may include a workstation equipped with a computer as required for the job.\n
\n
\n Team member must be mobile enough to navigate the manufacturing shop floor safely including walking and standing for up to four hours at a time.\n
\n
\n The physical environment may require working both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.\n
\n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
\n $23 - $26/hr\n
