Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans.
• Oversee and guide discipline-specific therapy services.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes.
• Maintain professional documentation in line with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Engage in student programs as assigned and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to safety protocols and competency expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA-approved program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in New Hampshire is required to begin the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is essential.
• Skilled in documentation, goal setting, writing letters of medical necessity, and charge entry within an electronic medical record system.
• Ability to perform thorough patient evaluations and create measurable, functional treatment plans.
• Compliance with state Practice Act and commitment to maintaining professional licensure and continuing education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or mentoring students in a clinical environment.
• Previous experience in travel therapy or contract roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with safe patient handling programs and materials handling protocols is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
