The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience with operating in a customer service capacity to assist sales staff and customers with orders, purchases, questions and problems

• Ability to receive and enter orders, manage order processing, and track order and shipment status
\n
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders and warranty claims
\n
• Ability to resolve challenges and process returns
\n
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
\n
• Basic computer proficiency and excellent data entry skills
