This is an exceptional opportunity to establish a busy, high-demand gastroenterology practice within a large, well-established medical center. The position comes with an established patient panel, strong referral network from Bayview's extensive primary care and specialty network, and comprehensive clinical, administrative, and operational support - allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Hiring Range: $500,000-$650,000

Responsibilities:

\n
Split time between office and Ambulatory Surgery Center (Endoscopy Suite)
\n
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders including GERD, IBD, IBS, live disease, colorectal condition, and more
\n
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including:
\n
o Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
\n
o Colonoscopy
\n
o Polypectomy
\n
o Biopsy
\n
Interpret results of endoscopic, laboratory, and imaging studies
\n
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with GI and live conditions
\n
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and collaborative support for an APP
