Contract Recruiter

LHH is looking for a Contract Recruiter for one of our clients here in NYC. Our client, a Non Profit organization, is looking for someone that has experience sourcing, screening and meeting Social Services candidates and has also assisted with HR operations as well. This individual will be joining a team of four and should be accessible to their NYC office if needed. This hybrid position pays $28-35/hr.

In this job you will:
  • Source resumes proactively and respond to applicants
  • Assist with creating job postings
  • Update job listings, keep candidates informed of status, assist with projects
  • Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Meet, interview and evaluate a variety of applicants (Junior to Mid-level)
To be considered for this position you must:
  • Have at least 1-year experience in an HR Department
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
