We are thrilled to invite a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to become part of our growing team at our Level III Trauma Center. We seek a surgeon with robust training in orthopedic traumatology or adult reconstruction/total joints who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will handle complex cases, benefit from extensive system-wide support, and have the autonomy and resources necessary to thrive.

- Level III Trauma Center
- Inpatient role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)
- Postoperative clinic support provided
- Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support
- Allocated trauma operating room block time
- Robust system infrastructure with highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams
- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
- Eligibility to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to quality and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented approach
- Open to both recent graduates and seasoned orthopedic surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
- Earning potential exceeding $1 million
