About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the product-market fit and go-to-market strategy for a maturing product line targeting financial institutions, including banks and credit unions. This is a highly visible role, bridging strategy, customer engagement, and execution, with a strong focus on delivering impactful products to market.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of financial services, a passion for solving customer problems, and the ability to establish credibility with senior-level stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech.

  • Familiarity with the banking sector’s challenges, particularly those of mid-sized and regional banks/credit unions.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving product-market fit and launching products.
  • \n
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to narrow broad market opportunities into actionable strategies.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to connect with both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to influence revenue outcomes and meet performance targets.
