What You’ll Do

• Handle high call volumes in a call center atmosphere.

• Schedule inspections and services for customers.
\n
• Route technicians efficiently for service appointments.
\n
• Process new customer orders and payments.
\n
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries with professionalism.
\n
• Perform data entry and reporting as needed.
\n
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by management.
\n
