Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 - 9 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Haltom City, TX. TX license required.

\n - Shift: 3x12 or 5x8 or 4x10. Weekends a plus.
\n - No call.
\n - Medical direction.
\n - CRNA needs to be able to do spinals.
\n - Adult / Geriatric / Adolescent.
\n - Must have 3+ years of experience and clean MP.
\n - Types of cases: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, endo, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery.
\n - EMR: Epic.
\n - Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
\n - $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
