Urgently Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for a Hospital near Lexington, KY.

• Temporary privs available with clean file (45 days). Regular privs take 90 days.
\n
• Active KY license and DEA dedicated to locums work required.
\n
• Prefers board certified in EM but will consider BC in FP with 3+ years of EM experience. Note: Non-ABEM will require an in-person interview before granting privs.
\n
• Locum need is for equivalent of 4 FTE's up to 1 year.
\n
• Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's.
\n
• Main hospital shifts are generally 10 hours. Affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts. Morning, mids and nights available.
\n
• Does the site need both days and nights? Yes.
\n
• What is shift structure for MD's? 6a -4P, 1p-11p, 8p-7a.
\n
• Average patient census? 89
\n
• Average annual ER admissions 3240
\n
• Client pays for lodging and mileage reimbursement.
\n
