Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX. TX license required.

Aug 31 - Sept 4 - 2 docs needed

Sept 28- Oct 2 - 2 docs needed

Oct 5- Oct 9 - 4 needed

Oct 19 - Oct 23 - 1 doc needed

Nov 16- Nov 20 - 2 docs needed

Nov 23 - 25 - Dec 3 docs needed

Dec 7-Dec 11 - 1 doc needed

Dec 21- Dec 23 - 5 docs needed

Dec 28- 30 - 4 docs needed

• Shift: 5x8. Need to offer 2 weeks minimum. Will take a full timer, but if offering less than full time,

• Types of cases: PEDS + Neonates MUST MEET CASE LOG REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

• EMR: Epic.
\n
• Clinician will be required to attend Epic training and/or test out.
\n
• Requirements: Pediatric fellowship required.
\n
• Provider will be doing their own cases.
\n
• For Neonate (less than 60 weeks old) credentials at CHOSA: 15 cases are needed.
\n
• BLS and Board Certified.
\n
• Texas license required.
\n
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
\n
• $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
\n
