Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX.

\n - Shift: 2x12+2x8. Day off per week per scheduler's needs. No set days.
\n - GWW: 44 hours.
\n - Cases: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, GYN.
\n - Will cross credential at 3 sites.
\n - Medical Direction.
\n - EMR: Cerner.
\n - Certification Requirement: BLS.
\n - Practice will screen candidates.
\n - Credentialing: 90 days.
\n - $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
