CRNA needed near Fishers, IN to start ASAP and work on-going.

\n - Model: Care team - Supervision 1:4/5
\n - 8hr shifts
\n - M-Th with 4-5 rooms per day
\n - EMR is HST
\n - 7a start time so arrive at 6:45
\n - Cases: Ophthalmology, Cataract, Oculoplastic, Retina
\n - Volume has peaked around 65 cases in a day
\n - $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
\n - $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
\n - $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
