Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near South Sarasota, FL. FL license required.

\n - Shift: Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri (7am - 3pm) 2 rooms, CRNA only/Hybrid Model.
\n - Thurs. (7am - 7pm) 2 rooms, Care Team Model 1 physician/2 CRNAs.
\n - Must be able to work independent and do blocks.
\n - Case type: Pain, Ortho, Spine
\n - Paper charting.
\n - Required Certificaton: BLS.
\n - FL license required.
\n - Credentialing timeline: 30 days - emergency privileges.
\n - $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
