We assist clinicians in managing student loans more effectively with monthly reimbursement payments sent directly to your loan servicer. Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and listening to patient concerns.
• Creating personalized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Washington State.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $103,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with the potential for a $15,000 sign-on bonus and additional compensation for certifications and location differentials. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
