• Job Setting: Hospital

• Types of cases and procedures: ?Provide own case coverage at one facility for pediatric service lines only, including neurosurgery, orthopedic, general, and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT).
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days
\n
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required
\n
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
\n
• Fellowship is required
\n
