Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Rockdale, IL. IL license preferred.

• Shift: 8, 10 & 12 hours.

• Will only consider providers who have a minimum of 30 hours per week to offer.
\n
• Day Shift: Required.
\n
• Other Shift Type: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts, no call, no weekends, unless wanting to pick up extra shifts on weekends. Weekends available, but not required.

• Is Overtime Expected: Not expected but offered.
\n
• Case Type(s): General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Cardiac, Pediatrics.
\n
• Required Specialty: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB.
\n
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Possibly.
\n
• Site Charting System: iPro, Ipro/paper.
\n
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 8.
\n
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
\n
• What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
\n
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
\n
• Credentialing: 30 days.
\n
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
