Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Bradley, IL. IL license preferred.

**$15K Completion Bonus (13 weeks/520hr)**

• Regular Hours: Required.

• No OT.
\n
• Cases: General, Ortho.
\n
• NOT Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license.
\n
• Site Charting System: iPro.
\n
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5.
\n
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
\n
• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 2 to 1.
\n
• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
\n
• No new gradautes.
\n
• Must have at least 1yr experience to be considered.
\n
• Credentialing: 60 days.
\n
• $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
