What You'll Be Doing
Service and install HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensing units, and heat pumps.
Set equipment and install line sets for new construction and replacement projects.
Diagnose HVAC issues and complete repairs efficiently in the field.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation tasks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Communicate job progress, project updates, and service needs with team members and leadership.
Support primarily commercial projects, with occasional residential work as needed.
Follow company procedures and industry standards to deliver reliable HVAC solutions.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of HVAC experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Ability to read and understand technical information and equipment specifications.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license.
