The ideal candidate will support warehouse operations, material deliveries, and the assembly of building automation system control panels while receiving on-the-job training from experienced professionals. Candidates should be dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced shop environment.

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• 1+ year of professional work experience post-high school
• Strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Teachable mindset with willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Chelmsford, MA

Plusses:

• Warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience
• Experience receiving and delivering materials
• Exposure to electrical, controls, mechanical, or automation environments
• Experience driving company vehicles for work
