Job Description
Prepares, negotiates, and administers contracts with consulting engineers for design and construction management services and right-of-way acquisition firms; prepares requests for proposals; interviews and selects consultants; negotiates contracts. Reviews all technical documents; processes consultant pay claims and negotiates amendments; prepares applications for state and federal permits.
