Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient pediatric practice providing comprehensive care for patients from birth through 22 years of age.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
Rotating Saturday clinic (every 4th or 5th weekend) | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Approximately 6 on-call shifts per month
No additional shift differential
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits and sick visits
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
Monitor growth and developmental milestones
Counsel families on preventive care, nutrition, and immunizations
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff
Participate in the shared call schedule
Qualifications
Required:
MD or DO degree
Active Virginia Medical License
Active DEA Registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
BLS and PALS certification
New graduates welcome

Salary: (Negotiable based on experience)

Patient Volume: 18-25 patients per day
