A Banking Operations Specialist direct hire opportunity is available in the Ladson/Summerville, SC area for a detail-oriented banking professional with deposit operations and wire processing experience. Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and in compliance with banking procedures.
- Review checks, deposits, account transactions, and operational reports for accuracy, discrepancies, and potential fraud concerns.
- Support debit card servicing, online banking inquiries, and related deposit operations functions.
- Provide professional customer and internal support by phone and email.
- Research and resolve operational issues while maintaining strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Partner with internal teams to support secure, efficient, and customer-focused banking operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour.
