What You'll Do

As our Survey Department Manager, you'll lead and oversee all survey operations, including:

• Scheduling

• Boundary surveys

• Platting and easement drafting

• Construction staking

• Setting lot pins

• Supervising and managing survey technicians

• Supporting active land development projects from start to finish

This is a hands-on leadership role - not just behind a desk. Field work is part of the job when needed, keeping you connected to the projects you help create.

Qualifications

• Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)

• Experience managing people and projects preferred

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening

• Passion for surveying, development, and teamwork

• Tech savvy - knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is a must

• $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
