What You'll DoAs our Survey Department Manager, you'll lead and oversee all survey operations, including:
Scheduling
Boundary surveys
Platting and easement drafting
Construction staking
Setting lot pins
Supervising and managing survey technicians
Supporting active land development projects from start to finish
This is a hands-on leadership role - not just behind a desk. Field work is part of the job when needed, keeping you connected to the projects you help create.

QualificationsTexas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)
Experience managing people and projects preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
Passion for surveying, development, and teamwork
Tech savvy - knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is a must
