UCSF Fresno OB/GYN Generalist
Job Description
Our organization is seeking an academic general OB/GYN faculty member. Candidates can choose between a hospitalist position, which involves 15 shifts of 10 to 12 hours each month, or an outpatient-only role. Depending on the selected position, duties will encompass patient care at our primary teaching hospital, mentoring and instructing students and residents, attending to patients at one of our outpatient facilities, and engaging in research and quality improvement initiatives aligned with professional training, skills, and career aspirations. Compensation and academic rank will be determined based on qualifications. Opportunities for administrative and leadership roles are also available.
QualificationsApplicants must meet the following criteria at the time of hire:
- Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- Eligible for a California Medical License or currently licensed in California.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish and Hmong.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $244,000 and $390,000.
