\n growth. We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative (P&C) with

What You’ll Do

\n
• Service
  \n and maintain existing homeowners and auto insurance policies
\n
• Assist
  \n clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage
  \n questions
\n
• Provide
  \n outstanding customer service to support client retention
\n
• Identify
  \n opportunities to cross-sell and sell new home and auto policies
\n
• Work
  \n directly with carriers to ensure efficient policy servicing and issue
  \n resolution
\n
• Build
  \n and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
\n
• Support
  \n retention efforts and contribute to overall agency growth
\n

What You Bring

Required:

\n
• Active
  \n New Jersey Property & Casualty License
\n
• Minimum
  \n 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
\n
• Experience
  \n servicing home and auto policies
\n
• Bilingual
  \n in English and Spanish (required)
\n
• Strong
  \n customer service and relationship-building skills
\n
• Ability
  \n to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong
  \n attention to detail and organizational skills
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• Base
  \n salary of $55,000
\n
• Retention
  \n commission: $2,000 – $10,000+
\n

  \n business commission: $4,000 – $10,000+
\n
