Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Gruene, TX. TX license required.

\n - Shift: 4x10 days non consecutive. Full time only.
\n - Medical Supervision.
\n - Blocks, spinals, epidurals required? Not required but can do if they are willing and able.
\n - Types of cases: General, ortho, gyno, ENT, Cath lab (A FIBS, to TEEs, ICD implants).
\n - EMR: Cerner.
\n - Will cross credential at 1 site.
\n - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
\n - TX license required.
\n - Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
\n - $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
