Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to interpret and analyze large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights to inform business decisions

- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements

- Develop and implement data quality and validation procedures

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus
