Senior Project Manager

Minimum 3-5 years project management experience in technology.
\n Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project and other web-based tools.

Strong communication skills with ability to speak in front of a variety of people.

***Candidates will be allowed to work remotely until staff return to site. Once the manager is back on-site the candidate will be expected to work on-site full time.

Manage team members to support remediation across all infrastructure areas of the state.

Develops communication and reporting tools for management meetings to outline job status, performance, and corrective actions.

Ensures internal understanding of job requirements by location and project type.

Monitors project budgets and costs in conjunction with the lead functional manager and reviews on weekly basis for job performance review, including progress achievement tracking and margin assessment.

Pursues continuous improvement across the project management process

Work closely with functional Managers from other lines of business to ensure all aspects of the job are fully understood.

Ensures that Operations personnel have a clear understanding of project expectations, outcomes and requirements of the project before execution.

Monitors project budgets and costs throughout the project.
