Compensation
Base Pay: $42–$52/hour
Additional Differentials:
Weeknight: +10%
Weekend Day: +15%
Weekend Night: +30%
What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
Complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians
Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
Behavioral health, detox, emergency, corrections, medical-surgical, or psychiatric experience welcomed
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Passion for helping individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges
