Our organization, a regional tertiary care facility and an ACS-verified level II trauma center, is currently in search of an additional board-certified or board-eligible full-time OB/GYN to join our thriving hospital-employed practice in a Hospitalist/Nocturnist capacity.

The Position:
  • Approximately twelve 14-hour night shifts, with opportunities for additional night or day shifts for extra pay.

Our facility handles over 1,600 deliveries annually and operates a level III NICU. We serve as the referral center for two-thirds of Maine's geographical area, with many patients traveling over two hours to deliver at our hospital.

In 2016, our hospital unveiled a $300 million tower as part of a modernization initiative, which included a complete redesign of our Women & Infants unit featuring twenty-five private patient rooms, six new labor and delivery rooms, and two advanced obstetrics/gynecology surgical suites to enhance the level of care provided at our medical center.
