Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Medical-Surgical floor.
- Provide support on the med-surg unit when obstetric patients are not present.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families regarding ongoing health requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
