Collaborative Team Environment
- Become part of a collegial group consisting of 3 Hematology Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) will engage in procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and aspirates, manage patients undergoing active treatment, and conduct follow-up appointments.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
- A $10 million expansion and renovation was completed in 2021.
- The center features 24 infusion chairs and 20 examination rooms.

No On-Call Duties
- Benefit from a 24/7 Hospitalist team that manages most calls and inpatient responsibilities.
- Participate in weekly tumor boards with on-site specialists from various fields, including Pathology, Radiology, General Surgery, Urology, and GI.
Supportive Staff
- Work alongside a dedicated support team, including a dietitian, nurse navigators, physical therapists, clinical pharmacists, financial counselors, and tumor registrars.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $114,121 (0-2 years) to $118,876 (2+ years), plus production incentives.

Applicants should possess the following:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or completion of a CAHEA-approved Physician Assistant training program.
- Successful certification and current licensure in Iowa as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
- Possession of an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
- Ability to obtain staff privileges at our medical center.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
