We're hiring a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) who wants meaningful patient relationships, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on women's health.
\nYou'll step into an outpatient role providing preventive women's healthcare, routine gynecologic services, family planning, and patient education. You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical team with strong administrative support for scheduling and referrals, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. You'll practice in Valparaiso, Indiana, a welcoming community known for its vibrant downtown, local parks, excellent schools, and convenient access to both Lake Michigan and Chicago.

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Base salary: $130,000–$150,000
\n • Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 75%
\n • Dental & vision insurance: Employer contribution available

\n • Personal time: 40 hours
\n • 10 paid holidays
\n • CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
